times you have the ability to restore your own connection without

Summary: Your connection to our service involves
your computer, your firewall, and our radio at your location. In
a localized outage (at your location) the following steps below
may restore service.
Please follow the steps below:
1. First check to make sure all of your equipment is
plugged in properly to the electrical outlets nearby. Many customers
have called us reporting an outage only to discover that their equipment
somehow got unplugged.
2. If your equipment is plugged in properly, check to see if you
have lights on your equipment. An absence of lights on your equipment
while properly plugged in may suggest that you've blown a fuse at
the circuit breaker box. Check the fuse to see if it's blown.
3. If some lights are on but others are not, you may need to unplug
your equipment and then plug it back in. Start with your radio.
Unplug the black power cord which goes into the white 2" x
2" J-box. Then plug it back in. It will take about 60 seconds
to reboot your radio. Check to see if that restores your Internet
service. If not, unplug your router and plug it back in. Wait about
fifteen seconds before checking to see if your Internet service
is restored.
4. If the steps above do not work, please reboot your computer.
Again if these steps do not return
you to service then we need to know immediately to restore your
service ASAP.
When you call Amigo.Net for technical support please
be sure to notify them you are a wireless customer having Internet
connectivity issues. Our technicians may walk you through some more
advanced troubleshooting steps if they are not immediately able
to diagnose the nature of your problem.
